Terms & Conditions

Please read our terms and conditions mindfully prior to becoming a part of the SANDBOX community. If you have any questions please be sure to contact us prior to agreeing to these terms. The terms and conditions may change from time to time and you will always be able to find the most up to date version here.

 

CLASS BOOKING

To ensure you get a spot at your preferred class, we recommend pre-booking using our online booking systems: the Sandbox Yoga App or using Mindbody Online found on our site.  Alternatively, you are welcome to arrive at the studio prior to any scheduled class and purchase a drop-in or class card provided there are spots left.

Classes can be booked 1 week in advance via the Sandbox Yoga App or Mindbody Online. Members can book 1 month in advance. Only 1 class at a time can be pre-booked and payment must be made at the time of the booking. All Single Classes, Class Cards and Membership classes are valid for a maximum term, are subject to expiry, and non transferable and non shareable.

Strict no late policy

The studio doors are locked 5 mins before class starts. Sorry, no late entry since we are unable to hold the class start time. We recommend arriving at the studio at least 10 mins prior to class to set yourself up and to avoid being locked out. 

Cancellation policy and No-shows

If you have booked a class and wish to cancel, you are required to cancel using the App or Mindbody Online 12 hours prior to the scheduled time for the class. We will not accept cancellations by e-mail or phone. If you don’t cancel your class 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time and don’t attend, you will forfeit your paid class. No refunds. Class sizes are limited so this cancellation policy is in place not to penalize, but to encourage you to make room for others to attend.  

WAITLIST

If the class you want to attend is fully booked you can join the waitlist. Should a spot open up, you will receive an email from Mindbody Online confirming that you have been booked to the class.  Always treat a waitlisted class as a booked class. Please cancel your spot if you can not attend. If you do not cancel and don’t attend you will forfeit your paid class. No refunds. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS AND PRICING

Online payment by card can be made through our booking system Mindbody Online or in the Sandbox Yoga App. At the studio we accept all cards, contactless payments and Swish payments.
All prices quoted for services and goods include VAT, unless otherwise stated. SANDBOX may from time to time vary its prices based on, among other things, any change in cost of providing these services and goods to you. In this case, you will be notified in advance. 

REFUNDS

We do not offer general refunds for unused or expired single class or class card purchases or on our memberships. In special circumstances such as injury or illness we will refund any unused classes on class cards or freeze memberships when providing a medical certificate.

Right of withdrawal. According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to cancel your unused online purchases within 14 days. A Class Card is considered used after the use of the first class. If you regret your purchase, please contact us via email at info@sandboxsthlm.com. Refunds are made without delay and no later than 14 days after contact. 

Private Sessions and Corporate bookings Cancellation AND No-Shows

The cancellation time frame is 12 hours prior to the start of the session. Cancellation is made through e-mail to info@sandboxsthlm.com.  If you don’t cancel your session 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time and don’t attend, you will forfeit your paid session. No refunds. 

STUDIO OPENING HOURS

Studio opens 30 mins before scheduled lunch and evening classes and 15 mins before morning classes. Door is locked 5 mins before class starts. Studio closes 45 mins after class has finished. 

SCHEDULE CHANGES & HOLIDAYS

While we try to deliver all our classes on time and as advertised, classes are subject to change or cancellation. SB yoga AB is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or canceled. Studio is closed twice per year; for summer holiday (up to 4 weeks) and for winter holiday (up to 3 weeks). Changes of opening hours and schedule are announced via newsletter and social media. We reserve the right to change, cancel or delete classes from our schedule. We reserve the right to close the studio for periods of renovation or holiday periods. 

Use of studio facilities

  • No shoes or glass water bottles in the studio.
  • No phones, jackets or bags inside the yoga room. Lockers are provided where you can put your belongings during class.
  • Lockers are not to be used to store personal belongings when you are not at the studio. 
  • Minors under age of 16 are not allowed to take part in classes. Minors over 16 will need parents' written approval to register. 
  • No outside food allowed. We also advise to not have a heavy meal prior to class.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone into the studio or to classes for any reason. 

Liability waiver

You acknowledge that to practice with us you will have to agree to our liability waiver that will be provided to you upon your initial sign up.
