Yoga

A well rounded class designed for practitioners of all levels with modifications offered to those new to yoga and to those wanting to go deeper into their physical practice. The class combines basic foundational postures to align, strengthen and promote flexibility with shorter flows linking breath with movement. Flows can be as gentle or as challenging as desired. The class also entails relaxing postures channeling more quiet and calm. Breathing techniques and meditation practices are also integrated in class. Music plays an important role in all SANDBOX classes and each class is unique and creative to the teacher's individuality.
