a slow, floor-based practice where poses are held for several minutes to access the body’s deep connective tissues—ligaments, fascia, and joints. The class follows a functional approach, focusing less on how the pose looks and more on how it feels in your body. Each session centers around a specific theme—like hip opening, spinal release, or shoulder mobility—encouraging physical release and inner stillness.
The sequence is guided with care and rooted in the foundational methods of early Yin Yoga teachings. Inspired by the original principles of the practice, it invites deep rest, body awareness, and space to simply be. You’ll leave feeling calm, open, and reconnected.
