PT Yoga — for 1 to 2 people

PT yoga is the perfect way to individualize your yoga practice and make it ideal for your body and mind. It allows us to give you one-to-one or one-to-two attention and to design each class based on your unique goals. Great for working through an injury, learning proper alignment, or simply creating a yoga routine that’s perfect for you. Also great for beginners who would like to learn the basics and feel more confident attending group classes.
