Yoga & Yin
A slow-paced class for practitioners of all levels concentrated on easy movement and gentle stretching. The class involves passively holding poses for longer periods with the support of props with the aim to bring a deep sense of relaxation in the body and to quiet the busy mind. Breathing techniques and meditation practices are also integrated in class. Music plays an important role in all SANDBOX classes and each class is unique and creative to the teacher's individuality.
