Yoga & Flow

A strong flow class for more experienced practitioners and for those who would like to find and explore their edge at a faster pace. Touching your toes is not required. These classes will at times challenge you with more advanced positions, such as arm balances and inversions, as you flow through sequences of postures linking breath with movement. Breathing techniques and meditation practices are also integrated in class. Music plays an important role in all SANDBOX classes and each class is unique and creative to the teacher's individuality.
